Hi lovelies, My turn to share our adventures today. As today was supposed to be as hot and windy as yesterday we decided to do a little bit of a road trip. We headed away from Valla Beach towards Valla.    Robbie has decided that after yet another dirt road, I am perhaps not the person to do the planning of drives 😊 .   Better than cliffs I think.   I thought it was a lovely drive.   Our first destination was the small town of Bowraville.   It was very quiet for a Saturday morning.     We did find the Military Museum open and it was well worth the visit.   For such a little town the display there was amazing.   So much information and history.     I was impressed by the collection of Anzac Biscuit tins 😋   From there we headed to Macksville where we had been told that there was a machinery display happening.  This town lies on the Nambucca ...

Today we left Wauchope and ventured up through Kempsey, and then onto Crescent Head, South West Rocks, then onto Valla Beach where we are camping for a week.   After a visit to the tourist bureau in Kempsey we decided that we would head over to Crescent Head then venture on up the coast to see some sights.   Crescent Heads   Crescent Head had a small beach but not a lot else, so we continued up to South West Rocks. Along the way we drove beside the Belmore River. It was such a great sight that we both enjoyed the closeness of the river and the scenery. Very pleasant drive this was. Belmore River drive South West Rocks had some good things to visit and see. We had a wander along the foreshore getting blown away with 40k/hr winds.
