NSW Adventures -Coffs Harbour and Down the coast.

Today we ventured north a bit to Coffs Harbour to sort out some phone data issues. While there we went to see the beach and the jetty. Quite a nice place to visit. You can walk over to Mutton Bird Is via the breaker wall. (a bit far for us today)

We drove south a few kilometers up to Boambee Lookout overlooking Coffs Harbour and Sawtell. They were only a few kms apart. Yes more beach again and more to come.

back towards Coffs

Towards Sawtell

Driving down through Sawtell we noticed they had lovely big trees up the middle of the main part of town. Quite a nice look.

Next, we drove on to find Mylestrom, and yes had to via a dirt again, as the bridge was closed for work. On to Mylestrom for a visit to see their beach.

Mylestrom towards river mouth

Urunga was next stop for lunch by the river. A lovely quite spot except for the noisy seagulls chasing food as usual.

Lastly on to Hungry Head for look see over the beaches. Again, terrific views and great beaches everywhere.

New South Wales Adventure - Tenterfield

Hi lovelies, A little earlier start this morning than yesterday.  We were up having a lovely breakfast by 8am.   It was a little sad this morning as we said goodbye to Steph and Leo.  We have had such a blessed time with them and we look forward to catching up with them again when we head to South Australia next year. As the weather was drizzly today we decided to head off to visit some of the nearby National Parks.  Our day consisted of dirt roads, mossy paths, lots of kangaroos and very few cars.  Gramps we are very sorry but the O Mobile is in great need of a bath.  If it rains tonight I will be sending Robbie out in his swimmers to give it a wash. Our first stop was to see Thunderbolts Hideout.  It is a short walk through some bush to see where this apparently "gentlemanly" bushranger hid. It was then back into the car and off to see the Tank Traps that were part of the Brisbane Line.  It is a fairly visually unimpressive plac...

Dylusions Dy-Cuts Art Journal

Hi Lovelies, This week's edition of Art Journal is very special, stunning and unique! We can't get enough of all the textures and colours going on in this page! We just love this.  This wonderful page features the Dylusions 'Dy-Cuts' which are quirky and colorful pre-cut shapes which make the perfect addition to any art journal page! You probably can already guess what paints we have used this week... The stunning, vibrant colours which are leaping of this page, are of course, Dylusions paints! When you take a closer look at you can see the texture and elements which have been layered to create this stunning page. A script stamp is perfect for layering and can fill in any gaps where you think something might be missing but not quite sure what! Helen has scattered some of the new Dina Wakley 'Collage Words' across the two pages. These are great as you can add a sentiment to your page whilst still allowing the colours from the background to ...
