Exploring Glasgow city today

Today we ventured into the heart of Glasgow city for a look see. We took a train from near us to Central station from there we could wander around and do some sightseeing. Central station really is a magic place. The design and organisation was really cool to see. It was a very busy place and we were in off peak time. There are multitudes of platforms like 14 or more with trains going everywhere. One of the biggest stations I've seen. There are shops all around and eateries as well. Lizzy got us underway with her app for walking in towns (GPSmycity). It took us around some of the sights. Once downloaded you don't need wifi access for that town. There are lots to choose from. Choose the one you want and off you go. Centre of town Our first stop was the "Lighthouse".
