G'day all, Today we visited Regensberg still on the Danube. We docked at this village around 10am then off we went with our guides to learn a bit more about this town. If you read yesterday hopefully you'll remember that a lot of buildings were in the baroque style. Well this village still has a lot of Gothic early to late styles and also some Baroque. (Gothic meaning Reach towards heaven). Again it is subject to flooding from time to time. So the history goes back 200 odd years. Being on the Danube was a great place to move things up and down the river.
