Well another adventurous day had by us today. We decided to go and check out Gap Creek Falls. It was about a 30 min drive from our base, and it did say 400m walk but 1 hr to do it. So off we went to see what we could find. OH yes another dirt track was part of the trip again!!. Some of it was as rough as guts. I put the machine into 4 Wheel drive to help with the logging track pot holes. So,on arrival we set off to find the falls not expecting what we were about to encounter. Yes the first part was bush track not too bad of a walk, but after that it was like going down a steep mountain weaving in and out of trees, vines and rocks. Going down was a little slippery but ok, but we knew the trip back was gonna be tough. Base of Gap Falls Arrival at the bottom of the falls we saw a small trickle of water coming over the top rocks.
