Another lovely day

Hi lovelies, This morning we set of for the little town of Gloucester. The drive through was so very pretty, and the roads were not too bad.     We had a walk around the town gardens and checked out the Human Sun Dial.    This was so cool, and while we were shocked it was accurate I think we should not have been so skeptical.   The gardens in the town also hold a number of sporting centres.  The pool, tennis, so car, netball, croquet, football and cricket. Great for parents who have kids doing different sports I think.  All in one spot.   A walk along the river bank gave views of crystal clear water, which I can only imagine would have been a tad cool.   We spotted some birds and random poles. From Gloucester we ventured to see the Monkerai Bridge.  I had seen this on a web site as something worth a visit.  It is the second oldest timber truss bridge in NSW....

Wardell to Stroud Via Kempsey

Hi lovelies, What a wonderful couple of days we have had.    On our last day in Wardell we did some fishing, and reading, and all was back right again in the world. Robbie caught 2 catfish, and I am thankful that he decided to toss them back.   I have never eaten it, and not sure I want to begin now.   😊 We left Wardell on Monday and headed to Kempsey.   It was a lovely drive.   Saw these little cuties when we stopped for morning tea. We camped at the showgrounds, and the site was lovely.   In the afternoon we took a walk into town    and along the Macleay River.     It was teaming with ducks and geese.        It was such a lovely wander around.   We picked up some sustenance at Coles and then walked back.   On the way we saw this gorgeous skater boy at the park.
