Evening Lovelies, Today was another wonderful day, though it did start out a little chilly. This morning Gramps and I went off to a-hunting and a-gathering at the local supermarket to get supplier for lunch and dinner. When we arrived back Nana and I tackled a cryptic crossword togtether while Gramps read the paper. Very civilized really. Robbie went off this morning to again try his hand at fishing. This time he went down to the point where the locals had suggested. Alas it was another fish-less adventure for him 😞. After lunch today we decided to take a trip to Rainbow Beach. It is some 40 years since I have been there and it has certainly changed. No longer a sleepy little town with not much more than a servo. We had a walk around at the Lawrie Hansen Park, and checked out the Cherry Venture propeller. We were camping on Fraser Island when it ran aground. Big news back then.
