Hi lovelies, It seems like we have been planning our current adventure for such a long time, and yesterday we began. We left Toowoomba at 8.30am with the lovely Andrew taking us to the airport, and this commenced our looonnng flights. At Brisbane I followed the family tradition of trying to get through customs with some sort of weapon. I had forgotten that I had a small ladies Leatherman type tool in the bottom of my bag. It was enclosed in a lovely pink pocket, but the security officer decided it was to go into the "never to be seen again bin". Oops. Our first flight was to Singapore. I had visited there before when Phillip and went to UK a couple of years ago to visit Andrew, but it was Robbies first trip. Two things he noticed was that there are no speaker announcements, so it is very quiet, and that there are guards in the bathrooms. This was the shortest of our two flights.
